Thank you for shopping with Avise Organics. We are committed to preparing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days** after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.**

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided, Avise Organics is not responsible for orders delivered to the incorrect address or returned due to an invalid address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Avise Organics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you with any information needed to help locate your package.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 daysof delivery.

Include:

* Your order number

* Photos of the damaged item(s)

* Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution if approved.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We currently ship within the United States only.
